“Thank you” to all the members and volunteers that helped to make Halloween a huge success last year. The first place winner of the best-decorated house went to the Pacala family (S. 49^th St). Second place winner went to the Jones family (S.44^th St) who tells me we “Haven’t seen nothing yet”. Third place winner went to the Baughman family (S. 46^th St). I look forward to working with all you again this year!

 

 

 

 Safety in Our Neighborhood

Vests: We still have additional neon vests with “Jackson Park Safety” imprinted on the back. Our goal is to have them worn by members of the neighborhood to help increase our presence and positively impact safety. Volunteer to wear a vest during your walk!

Car Magnets: If you regularly drive a vehicle you an also help! We now also have neon car magnets with “Jackson Park Safety” imprinted on them. Let the “bad guys” know that we are watching during your drive to the store for a gallon of milk. Or volunteer 30 minutes to cruise through the neighborhood. Contact Jennifer if you are interested.
